These truths summarize what Scripture teaches us about Hell: (1) Hell is real, (2) Hell is eternal and those who go there will never escape, (3) and Hell is the default destination of all people. Most Christian recoil from these truths because it means that every human being ever born, with the exception of Jesus Christ, deserves eternal condemnation. But refusing to face this reality has serious consequences for the Christian and for those who we share the gospel with.
